We professionally trench and bed water and electric lines to code, ensuring your utilities are safe and compliant. Whether you need a simple line run to a shop or full utilities for a new build, we handle the excavation and backfill with precision.
ELECTRICAL LINES Labor Only ($8 per foot)
Condition: $1,500 Minimum Charge.
✅ Best For: Clients who prefer to buy their own wire. We dig the trench, bed it, and install what you provide.
Turnkey Installation ($13 per foot)
Condition: $2,000 Minimum Charge.
✅ Best For: Clients who want a "hands-off" solution. We provide the wire, the labor, and the bedding material.
WATER LINES Standard Installation ($8 – $11 per foot)
Condition: $1,500 Minimum Charge.
Pricing Logic: $8/ft for labor only (you provide pipe). $11/ft if we provide the pipe and materials.
THE FOUNDATION
House Pads & Excavation (Custom Quote)
A solid home starts with a solid pad. We excavate and build up house pads, specifically accounting for the unique slope and rock shelf of the Ozarks. If the pad isn't built right, the foundation fails—so we don't cut corners here.
Why no price online? Every building site in the Ozarks is different. Variables like rock depth, drainage requirements, and slope severity make it impossible to give an honest estimate without seeing the land.

FINISHING TOUCHES
Total Site Prep & Grading
Our job isn't done until the dirt looks good. From cutting in new driveways to the final rough grading around your shop or house, we handle all the heavy dirt work required to get your project out of the ground.
Includes: Driveway cut-ins, culvert installation, and final grade for drainage.
